One portfolio, one point of support
ORA Dental Implant GmbH develops, manufactures and distributes dental implantology products from Mühlenstraße 8a in Berlin. The portfolio is deliberately complete: six implant families covering every bone situation, nine groups of prosthetic components to restore them, a fourteen-file rotary endodontic system with its own brushless motor, and ORA tech Aligner, a clear-aligner solution planned by orthodontists.
That breadth is the point. A clinician who places an ORA implant can restore it with an ORA abutment, treat the adjacent tooth with the Smart endo system and align the arch with ORA tech Aligner — ordering from one catalogue, on one platform, with one person to call when a case needs a second opinion.
Engineered in Germany, delivered locally
Development and production coordination sit in Berlin. Delivery does not: ORA works through distributors and scientific offices in Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Egypt, Poland, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Jordan, Iraq and Oman. Each one carries the catalogue, speaks the local language and runs hands-on sessions in the territory, which is why an order from Muscat or Baghdad does not wait on a shipment from central Europe.
Clinical support is part of the product
Every line in the catalogue is published with the data a clinician actually needs to use it — drilling protocol, taper, torque, speed, reference codes, platform compatibility. Where a case is unusual, our clinical team and, for aligners, a committee of orthodontists review it before anything is manufactured. Training is continuous rather than occasional: certification for aligner providers, protocol sessions for the implant lines.
